The building is located in a quiet area called “Centrale,” which is very close to the Skela district and the Lungomare, both easily accessible on foot. This area offers a rare tranquility, despite being so close to the sea. Nearby, you will find a public middle school and a high school.
The bus station is just a short walk away, providing easy access to all key areas of the city. The building also includes a dedicated parking floor for residents, along with public parking spaces around it.
Completed in 2019, all residential units have been sold, except for a commercial space on the ground floor.
